I am a passionate and dedicated Nutrition and Dietetics graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Hamdard University, Karachi. I have gained practical exposure through clinical rotations, hospital visits, and nutrition-related projects, which have strengthened my interest in clinical nutrition, dietary management, and preventive healthcare. My goal is to help individuals improve their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance and sustainable dietary habits. I am particularly interested in weight management, therapeutic diets, and promoting healthy lifestyles through nutrition education.
